Are you passionate about innovation and the future of food?

Colab4Food is where science, technology, and business collaborate to accelerate innovation in the agri-food industry. If you're ready to grow your career in Sales while contributing to more sustainable and competitive food systems, we'd love to meet you.

We're currently looking for an Executive Account to boost our sales capabilities at National and International level.

Reference: Colab4Food/MI/AccM

Your Mission

In this role, you'll be part of our Go2Market team, being responsible for managing and developing relationships with assigned customers and key partners, as well as identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. Furthermore, it encompasses maintaining customers satisfaction levels, ensuring long-term loyalty, and promoting our services and capabilities. Proactivity and curiosity mixed with resilience and good prioritization skills will be key to succeeding.

General requirements for admission to this call


• 2+ years of experience in sales, B2B partnerships, and/or account management, preferably in food, biotech, ingredients, or innovation sectors.


• Commercial and customer-oriented mindset with expertise in sales funnel (attraction & qualification of leads, negotiation, and management of customers).


• Acumen with CRM tools (eg. Monday, or similar) and mastery of Excel/PowerPoint skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, business reporting).


• Strong communication skills in Portuguese and English (French or Spanish is a plus).


• BSc or MSc degree in Business, Marketing, Food Science, or a related field.


• Self-starter attitude: curious, structured, and eager to learn in a dynamic, mission-driven environment.


• Good communication and argumentation skills.


• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.

Responsibilities


• Lead and coordinate the work of the Account Assistants.


• Manage customer portfolios based on workload and strategic priorities.


• Develop customer proposals and support critical negotiations.


• Report performance, challenges, and opportunities to Department leaders.


• Approve or escalate client-related issues as needed.


• Provide coaching and support for team development.


• Contribute to improvements in CRM processes & tools.
