M/F LOCATION: PORTO, PORTUGAL CHALLENGE As a Visual Merchandiser, you'll be based in our pilot store at Headquarters (Porto, Portugal), where you'll focus on creating and adapting visual merchandising guidelines sent to stores worldwide. Your work will ensure that every Parfois store maintains an attractive, commercial, and on‐brand appearance, driving customer engagement and sales.You'll collaborate closely with the team to develop standards that reflect customer profiles, product potential, and competitive strategies.RESPONSIBILITIESPromote Parfois' brand image by implementing indoor, windows, and mannequins guidelines, ensuring all rules, procedures, and directions from the Visual Merchandising Area are followedDefine product displays with a focus on commercial viability, space profitability, lighting, and garment carePrepare weekly Visual Merchandising guidelines, tailored and adapted to each store's specific layoutCoordinate and execute pre‐assemblies for Visual Merchandising and window dressing to support successful store openingsProvide support and training to the Operations team (Area Managers, Store Managers, and Sales Assistants) to ensure optimal product exposure based on store type and layoutMonitor and follow up on the results of initiatives, activities, and campaignsPROFILEAt least 3 years of solid Visual Merchandising experience in a fashion/retail environmentFluent in English; proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese is a plusHigh level of creativity with the ability to develop and adapt comprehensive guidelinesResults‐driven and strongly sales‐orientedExcellent prioritization skills and adaptability in a fast‐paced environmentStrong communication skills and teamwork abilitiesDetail‐oriented with the capacity to thrive under pressureAvailability to travel as neededExperience in styling is a strong advantageIf you're passionate about fashion accessories and creating dynamic retail spaces that captivate customers, we'd love to hear from you!Apply now and become part of the Parfois team!#J-18808-Ljbffr
