Fluent German and English
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Ability to clearly and professionally explain complex features or event details
Proven ability to handle multiple customers simultaneously across:
Phone
Chat
Email
Social media
Strong passion for motorcycles and iconic motorcycle brands
Active riders and motorcycle enthusiasts are strongly preferred
Previous customer service experience
Knowledge of CRM systems, ticketing tools, or chat platforms is a plus
