What You'll Do:
? Prepare customs entry documentation based on shipment paperwork;
? Verify that all customs documentation is correctly completed;
? Communicate with customers via email to resolve missing or unclear information;
? Maintain accuracy in a fast-paced, goal-oriented setting.

What We're Looking For:
Fluency in Italian / French (B2+ / C1) and a good level of English;
A team player with a proactive, can-do attitude;
Strong customer focus and excellent communication skills;
Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office;
Eagerness to develop in a multicultural and multinational company;
