Customer Success Engineer – EV Charging Infrastructure – Remote with travel
Our client is a global leader in electric vehicle charging solutions, delivering AC, DC and V2G technology to customers in more than 50 countries, and now rapidly expanding across Europe. With this expansion comes the opportunity for an experienced Customer Success / Tech Ops Engineer to join the European team and be at the forefront of sustainable mobility and EV infrastructure.

Essential skills and experience:
* 5+ years of experience in technical support, electrical engineering, or customer success, with good experience in the EV charging space.
* Solid understanding of AC/DC electrical principles and ability to interpret technical documentation.
* Experience using ticketing or support platforms such as Zoho, Jira, Salesforce, or similar systems.
* Familiarity with OCPP protocols and backend integrations.
* Ability to travel into the field and manually inspect/fix charging units when need be.
* Fluent in Portuguese and English.
