As a Model Development Analyst within our Finance team, based in Lisbon, you will play a key role in our main digital transformation initiative to place data at the centre of financial decision-making. You will contribute to the development and continuous improvement of a unified financial modelling platform, ensuring it becomes a trusted single source of truth supporting investment, performance and growth decisions across the Group, while working hands-on with financial modelling, automation and dashboards—migrating legacy Excel models into a modern environment, automating core processes, strengthening governance and data quality, integrating data from SAP and other financial systems, and enabling self-service through clear documentation and user training.
This is a high-impact role for someone who enjoys improving how finance works by leveraging digital, automation and emerging technologies to deliver smarter, faster and more informed ways of working.
Desirable skills:
* Advanced financial modelling skills with excellent VBA (must have); Python a strong plus, with hands-on experience using automation to generate decision-ready insights
* A structured, analytical approach with high numerical rigor and attention to detail
* Confidence working with multiple stakeholders and delivering training across the business
* A proactive, self-starter mindset with curiosity for improving processes and scaling best practice
* Fluency in English (required); Spanish or other European languages are an advantage
