Responsibilities End-to-end planning, monitoring, and reporting for IT and cybersecurity projects, ensuring compliance with scope, deadlines, budget, and dependencies. Support for NIS2 implementation, including coordination of internal teams and external vendors, monitoring of remediation plans, milestones, risks, and actions resulting from gap analyses. Operational management of technical projects such as Azure Network (design, migrations, hardening) and Data Loss Prevention (DLP) initiatives, ensuring alignment with defined security and architecture standards. Preparation and maintenance of project plans, timelines, RAID logs (risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies), and status reports for steering committees and executive stakeholders. Coordination with key areas (IT, Cybersecurity, OT, Legal, Compliance, Procurement, and Business) to ensure alignment, resolution of dependencies, and effective project execution. Support for the management of suppliers and external partners (consultants, MSSPs, integrators), including tracking deliverables, quality control, and escalation of risks or deviations. Requirements Previous experience up to 5 years as Project Manager. Professional background in IT and Cybersecurity projects. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and data analysis tools. Understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools. Experience in developing Executive Dashboards, Presentations, Business Vision. Formal certifications such as PMP, ITIL, CSPO, PRINCE, etc. are considered a strong plus. Be able to anticipate and be able to identify the right priorities. Ability to make decisions and take action/problem solving. Critical thinking, constantly evolving. Good level of spoken and written English.
