At Inspire Robotics, our mission is to drive business innovation and positively impact lives through advanced technologies.We are seeking aTechnical Account Manager (TAM)to lead technical relationships with key customers and drive successful project outcomes from design to go‐live, highlighting the role's significance in customer success and project leadership.Role Description As a Technical Account Manager, you will be the primary technical point of contact for customers deploying InspireRobotics.AI autonomous forklifts and AMR fleets.You will work across the full lifecycle – from pre‐sales scoping and solution design, through implementation and commissioning, to continuous optimization and expansion.You will collaborate closely with Operations, Engineering, and Product teams to translate customer requirements into robust automation solutions that deliver measurable impact on safety, efficiency, and throughput, fostering a sense of teamwork and shared achievement.What you will doOwn the end‐to‐end technical relationship for a portfolio of AMR forklift and platform customers, ensuring high satisfaction and long‐term adoption.Participate in pre‐sales activities: site assessments when needed, process analysis, data collection, and design of automation concepts (flows, layouts, interfaces, KPIs).Lead and coordinate implementation projects, from planning and configuration to on‐site deployment, testing, commissioning and go‐live.Configure and fine‐tune the InspireRobotics.AI platform, AMR routes and behaviours to meet customer operational requirements and SLAs.Deliver training and best practices to customer operations, maintenance and IT teams to ensure safe, efficient day‐to‐day use of the systems.Monitor system performance (fleet utilization, cycle times, events), identify opportunities for improvement, and drive continuous optimization initiatives.Act as the customer's technical advocate internally, channelling feedback to Product and Engineering and contributing to the roadmap for AMR Forklifts & Platform.Support the expansion of existing accounts by identifying additional use cases, sites and applications where AMRs and autonomous forklifts can add value.What we are looking for3+ years of experience in a technical, customer‐facing role (Technical Account Manager, Implementation Engineer, Automation Engineer, Solutions/Pre‐Sales, Technical Project Manager or similar).Hands‐on experience with automation, intralogistics or industrial environments – ideally with AMR/AGV, autonomous forklifts, warehouse automation or material handling systems.Proven track record leading implementation projects: requirements gathering, planning, cross‐functional coordination, on‐site activities and successful go‐lives.Solid understanding of how hardware, software and networking come together in an integrated solution (field devices, WMS/MES/ERP interfaces, Wi‐Fi, industrial environments).Strong communication skills, able to switch comfortably between technical deep dives and business‐oriented discussions with operations and leadership stakeholders.Problem‐solving mindset, high ownership and willingness to be hands‐on on the shop floor when needed.Fluency in English; Portuguese and/or other European languages are a plus.Availability for travel to customer sites in Portugal and abroad.What we offerThe chance to work at a European robotics company building next‐generation autonomous forklifts and AMR solutions for real‐world industrial operations.Direct impact on high‐visibility automation projects, from early design to scale‐up, in environments aligned with Industry 4.0.A collaborative, multidisciplinary team where engineering, product and operations work side‐by‐side to solve complex intralogistics challenges.Competitive compensation package, aligned with your experience, and room to grow your career in Technical Account Management / Customer Success in robotics, supporting your professional development and future success.If you are excited about helping leading industrial and logistics players transform their operations with AMR forklifts and advanced automation, we would love to hear from you.Location Maia / hybridHow to apply Send your CV, LinkedIn profile, or portfolio to recruitment@followinspiration.pt#J-18808-Ljbffr
