Overview
IWG is seeking a Partnership Sales Lead / Partnership Sales Manager to drive our global expansion through hunting, pitching and prospecting high-value commercial deals with building owners. You will be responsible for developing partnerships, negotiating deals, and growing the IWG network across multiple markets.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Agree high-value deals to deliver inspiring new partner locations, expanding the IWG network in towns and cities
* Identify opportunities in commercial buildings across your region, pitch for new partnership opportunities, and close deals quickly and effectively with investments typically ranging from £250k to £1m+
* Showcase the value of the IWG partnership proposition to your network of B2B connections
* Source ambitious partners aligned with our growth goals to drive rapid expansion through building conversions, new development locations or competitor conversions
* Tailor business development approaches to partners’ varying commercial needs
* Actively manage your pipeline from initial contact through detailed negotiations to a signed agreement
