The Colleague Experience Content Specialist sits on the Colleague Experience (CX) & PMO Team is a creative and strategic contributor dedicated to elevating the HR experience through high-quality, visually compelling, and engaging content. This role ensures clarity, consistency, and cohesion across HR programs, helping employees better understand and connect with resources. By producing impactful visuals, videos, and storytelling assets, this role amplifies program visibility, drives adoption, and strengthens trust in HR initiatives.


What you'll achieve in this role:

* Create impactful experiences: Your designs and content will make HR programs clear, engaging, and easy to understand—helping colleagues feel connected and informed.

* Boost engagement: Through compelling visuals and storytelling, you'll bring HR initiatives to life, increasing visibility and adoption across the organization.

* Be a key enabler: By supporting content creation, you'll allow HR teams to focus on their expertise while you elevate the quality and consistency of their messaging.

* Set the standard: You'll establish templates, reusable assets, and design guidelines that ensure a cohesive HR brand across regions and programs.

* Expand your influence: Your content support will help scale our CX impact—supporting more projects and shaping the future of colleague experience

Responsibilities:

* Partner with HR, project and product teams to produce high-quality visuals, videos, infographics, and presentations that make complex information digestible and engaging

* Gather, refine and publish HR newsletter content (written and visual) and support where needed on HR related program and project communication

* Support content review and publishing of announcements or campaigns on the internal employee portal and other delivery channels

* Provide content oversight for major HR communications, presentations, and events, ensuring alignment with visual and experiential standards

* Improve existing program content to create dynamic, globally accessible, and engaging deliverables

* Support project content and communication strategies from development to execution


Qualifications:

* Education: Bachelor's degree in Communications, Graphic Design, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)

* 3+ years in content creation, communication, graphic design, or digital media roles

* Familiarity with HR or employee experience programs preferred

* Proven ability to work effectively in remote environments and collaborate across global, matrixed organizations

* Proficiency in design, presentation and communication/delivery tools (Canva, Figma, PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite, ServiceNow, Marketing Cloud etc.)

* Proficiency in multi-media content (video, newsletters, infographics, presentations, mock-ups)

* Strong visual and communication skills

* Ability to simplify complex information into engaging content

* Excellent collaboration and execution abilities

* Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while delivering high-quality content quickly and efficiently

* Candidates must provide a portfolio showcasing examples of design and content creation work
