Shift & Schedule
Customer Care Associate – Night Shift. Shifts run from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m., Monday through Sunday.
Responsibilities
* Transport organization and proactive monitoring to identify, record and address issues.
* Ensure shipments are managed and executed on time with the highest quality standards.
* Proactively resolve potential issues that may impact customer experience and delivery performance.
* Escalate possible issues or deviations in a timely manner to provide customers with continuous, proactive and accurate information.
* Report and record all non‑conformities through the internal quality tool (NCR).
* Ensure that all potentially serious incidents are raised to the appropriate levels of management.

* Passionate about delivering a first‑class customer service experience.
* Ability to work in a team with a positive attitude.
* Junior profile, 1 year operational experience in a similar job is a plus.
* Excellent written and verbal skills in English; German (preference) and other European languages considered a plus.
