Main Functions:• Coordinating Cloud solutions' assessment related deliverables• Reporting the progress of Cloud documentation to the Cloud leaders• Middle office for TPTRM team: Update and maintain a high level of data quality regarding IT Third Parties• Perform duties related to the administration and follow-up of processes of Risks team on all IT Risk related topics including but not limited to:o Key Risk Indicatorso Obsolescence o Shadow/Light ITo Permanent Controlso IT Risk Quality o Risks related to third party suppliers (TPTRM) and Cloud solutionso Recommendations follow-upo Historical Incidents Skills & Basic Features Essential• At least 2 years of experience in IT Risk or Cyber Security area (general IT knowledge is sufficient, this job does not require high technical expertise)• Fluent in English (mandatory)• ServiceNow GRC IT module user experience• ISO 27001/5 knowledge is highly valuable• Basic cloud solutions knowledge would be highly appreciated• Fluent in French / Spanish (valuable)• Very good Expertise in MS Office tools especially Excel• Very good organizational and communication skills (both written and spoken) in a multi-cultural environment.• Ability to manage/facilitate a meeting• Aim to deliver very high quality results, respecting the deadlines• Respect the procedures, methodologies and directives• Good listening, questioning ability and result-driven personalityOther details:• Ability to travel within Portugal• Ability to travel outside of Portugal
