As a Business Analyst and Support Analyst, you will play a key role in participating in the project's implementation and supporting entities. Reporting to the Product Owner, your responsibilities will include:Participate in implementation workshops and gain in-depth solution knowledge.Assist in design workshops, configuration, and testing strategy development.Support data migration and monitor project deliveries.Collaborate on post-Go-live procedures and service catalog definition.Maintain project documentation and develop progress dashboards.Manage tickets for HR Solutions BAU.Provide L1, L2, and L3 support, including incident management and complex issue resolution.Conduct weekly stakeholder meetings and produce monitoring dashboards.Skills:Experience as a Business Analyst or Support Analyst.Expertise in HRIS implementations and Talent Acquisition systems.Strong data migration and integration skills.Proficiency in MS Office applications.iCIMS expertise is a plus.English proficiency is mandatory.Your expertise will drive innovation and support our team.
