Job Description
At Sandoz, we have two main global businesses:
1. Generics, divided between standard generics (mainly oral solids) and complex generics (including injectables, respiratory and others).
2. Biosimilars, where we are the global pioneer, with eight marketed medicines and a rapidly growing pipeline now counting 24 molecules.
Our pipeline has tripled in size over the past few years, aim to continue to pioneer in this field, building on our unique mix of scientific, technical, regulatory and commercial expertise.
Como Retail Key Account Associate, seras responsable da gestão do território de Viseu, responsável pelas vendas no território, representante da Sandoz no território.
Major Accountabilities
1. Primeira linha na representação da Sandoz no território;
2. Realização de vendas dos produtos Sandoz;
3. Manutenção e desenvolvimento de painel de clientes;
Key Performance Indicators
1. Gerir o território com vista ao cumprimento dos objectivos da Sandoz
2. Realização de vendas dos produtos Sandoz, dentro das normas e orientações da companhia
3. Segmentação e classificação dos seus clientes (farmácias) segundo as orientações da Sandoz, respeitando os critérios para o efeito elaborados
4. Manutenção de um ficheiro de clientes, actualizado e dinâmico;
5. Proposta de acções promocionais, sua implementação e acompanhamento;
6. Responsável pela gestão regional dos recursos promocionais;
7. Representante da Sandoz no território;
8. Assegurar a taxa de cobertura e frequência, de acordo com a estratégia da empresa;
9. Assegurar vendas em, pelo menos, 50% do seu painel de clientes;
Minimum Requirements
1. Experiência profissional, na área comercial (Farmacia) nel territorio
