The ideal candidate should have a background in sales, marketing or business strategy, be passionate about identifying business opportunities and be confident in cold calling.Key Responsibilities:Qualify and contact potential customers within a specific product/serviceMeet potential customers to sell specific product/servicesProactively reach out to potential customers via phone, email and other communication channelsIdentify and qualify sales opportunities by understanding the needs and challenges of potential customersParticipate in events to promote our company and solutions, and follow up on leads generated from these activities.Collaborate with the sales team, customer success and marketing (B2B) to develop strategies for reaching sales targetsMaintain sales activities and generate reports for managementUse customer relationship management (CRM) software and sales enablement tooling to search and manage leads and sales activitiesQualificationsEducation: Bachelor's degree in a Business area (Management, Economics, Marketing) or a related field.Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Portuguese and English)Creative thinking and ability to generate personalized outreach and follow upsAnalytical mindset to qualify business opportunities and relevant leadsStrong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.Experience with Excel/Google Sheets.Experience with a CRM platform is a plus (ideally hubspot).Knowledge of tools, such as Linkedin Sales Navigator and Apollo is a plus, non-mandatory.Knowledge of the European IT services industry is a plus, non-mandatory.
