You'll be responsible for creating scroll-stopping static ads with full creative freedom, focused primarily on performance and volume.You'll work hands-on with 7–8 figure brands across multiple verticals, collaborating closely with media buyers to design ads that scale.This is not a "brand-only" or slow design role.
This is about shipping bangers, testing fast, iterating smarter, and winning on performance.You'll be using AI, a lot, so you need to both enjoy it and be proficient with it.
?What you'll be doing
- Create high-performing static ads daily for Meta and other channels, based on briefs and direct input from the Media Buying Team
- Model and adapt winning competitor ads (layouts, headlines, angles, visual structures) to our brands, offers, and messaging
- Iterate quickly based on performance data and feedback
- Produce ads at high volume without sacrificing quality
- Maintain clear and smooth communication with the team?What you bring to the table
- 1+ year of experience designing static ads for ecommerce (direct response)
- Strong understanding of Direct Response ads and what drives performance (hook, clarity, offer, CTA)High proficiency using and prompting AI tools for image generation
- Proven ability to model and adapt high-performing ads
- High-level proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools
- Good English level
- Comfortable working in a performance-driven, collaborative environment
- Fast execution mindset?Nice to have
- Experience working closely with media buyers
- Familiarity with multiple ecommerce verticals
