The Insights Consultant plays a crucial role in delivering high-quality products to our customers. This position reports to the Sector Lead, Insights Consulting, and is responsible for managing day-to-day customer relationships within a specific sector.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products to customers.
* Contribute to quality control processes to maintain the highest standards of reporting.
* Coordinate and manage collaboration between the delivery organization and commercial teams to drive project success.
* Respond promptly to time-sensitive client inquiries and maintain proactive communication throughout the client lifecycle.
* Support client communications during account ramp-up, including briefs and training as needed.
* Assist in preparing client presentations by scripting findings and recommendations.
Minimum Required Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
* 1-2 years of experience in project management, account management, writing, and analytics.
* 5-10% travel required.
Preferred Qualifications
* Degree in Social Science or related field.

* This role requires sitting for extended periods without leaving the work area.
