Your Mission As a process expert in the SherpaX Finance & Value Flow project, you will plan, manage, and take responsibility for cash management activities, including outgoing and incoming payments and treasury. Responsibilities Implement project requirements across sub‐projects and policy adjustments, develop and present decision templates. Analyse existing processes, prioritise and implement governance and business requirements related to the financial template and value flows, aiming for standardisation and harmonisation. Independently design and lead workshops with internal customers, create solution documentation, review functional specifications as a quality gate, coordinate with the development team, design acceptance tests with the test team, and transfer task packages to operational operations. Communicate with: Governance Departments and Business Key Contacts Other teams in the Sherpa X project organization to ensure integration and consistency of solutions Siemens IT departments regarding provision of Siemens standard solutions Qualifications 3‐5 years of experience in SAP FI modules (AR & AP) Experience with cash‐management processes in accounts receivable and payable Experience in an international environment and Agile projects Background in financial areas is a plus Fluent in English and excellent communication skills in English for virtual and global teams Knowledge of Agile project methodology and SAP S/4HANA is desirable Availability to travel Benefits A hybrid and flexible working model, budget for home‐office support, 16 hours a year of volunteer work, health insurance, access to an on‐site medical centre, sports groups, online learning platforms, partner discounts, shuttle bus to the facility, and financial support for studies.
