Job Title: Salesforce Developer
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to join our team. As a key member of our development team, you will design, develop, and maintain custom Salesforce applications using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, and declarative tools.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will have 2–4 years of Salesforce development experience and strong proficiency in Apex, LWC, SOQL, and Salesforce configuration tools.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design, develop, and maintain custom Salesforce applications
* Implement and customize Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Industry-specific solutions
* Collaborate with admins, business analysts, and architects to translate business requirements into technical solutions
* Integrate Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and ETL tools
* Contribute to data modeling, data migration, and process automation
* Ensure solutions follow Salesforce best practices, security standards, and are optimized for performance
* Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and release management processes
* Support end-user issues, perform debugging, and implement fixes in a timely manner
Requirements:
* 2–4 years of Salesforce development experience (Salesforce Platform Developer I certification preferred)
* Strong proficiency in Apex, LWC, SOQL, and Salesforce configuration tools
* Experience with Salesforce APIs, web services, and integration patterns
* Familiarity with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and Agile development practices
* Understanding of Salesforce security model (profiles, roles, permission sets, sharing rules)
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a cross-functional team
* Good communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Nice to Have:
* Salesforce Platform Developer II or Salesforce Administrator certification
* Exposure to Salesforce Industries (Vlocity), Marketing Cloud, or Commerce Cloud
* Experience with DevOps tools (Copado, Gearset, Jenkins or similar)
* Background in object-oriented programming languages (Java, .NET, JavaScript)
