As a Content Moderator, you will ensure that products and services meet quality standards on the e-commerce platform. Your responsibilities include making rational decisions with local market expertise and guaranteeing content quality during reviews.
Key Responsibilities
- Become knowledgeable about leading e-commerce product and service standards.
- Review content within agreed latency Service Levels and quality standards.
- Ensure policy/legal compliance and content safety.
- Adapt to policy changes and shifting schedules while following standard operating procedures.
- Escalate issues according to company procedures.
Skills and Competencies
- Proficiency in Spanish (C2) and English (B2).
- Strong moderation, communication, and rational decision-making skills with local market expertise.
- Good understanding of e-commerce.
- Ability to handle peak queue volumes during promotion seasons.
- Excellent customer service skills, empathy, and decision-making abilities.
Benefits
- Base salary in 14 months: €870
- Complexity Bonus in 11 months: €80
- Meal allowance (net): €7.23 per working day
