Job Title: Senior Public Health Expert, Team Leader "> This role requires an experienced professional with a strong background in public health to lead our team and contribute to the development of genomic medicine in Romania. "> Key Responsibilities: "> "> 1. To assist the Ministry of Investments and European Funds and the end recipients University of Medicine and Pharmacy Carol Davila Bucharest and Genomics Research and Development Institute in the performance of activities for accelerating the development of genomic medicine in Romania; "> 2. To provide guidance to national/regional/local authorities or healthcare organizations in public health policies and strategies and genomic medicine; "> 3. To develop a national genomics strategy in an EU country; "> 4. To coordinate healthcare stakeholders and moderate technical working groups; "> 5. To plan, monitor, and evaluate international/public health programs; "> 6. To work on EU initiatives such as 1+MG, EHDS in other EU countries. "> "> Requirements: "> "> 7. A bachelor's degree level or academic equivalent in one of the following fields: medicine, public health, health policy, health management; "> 8. A master's degree in public health with a specialization in genomics or personalized medicine shall be considered as an asset; "> 9. A PhD in public health with a specialization in genomics or personalized medicine shall be considered as a strong asset; "> 10. Internationally recognized certification in genomics medicine or personalized medicine shall be considered a strong asset; "> 11. Very good command of English (CEFR C1); "> 12. At least 15 years of relevant professional experience in the health sector out of which 5 years in project management roles; "> 13. International working experience shall be considered as an important asset; "> 14. Working experience in the Romanian environment will be considered an asset; "> 15. Specific experience in at least 1 program/project in the field of genomics medicine; "> 16.
