Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Sales Relationship Manager to join our team.
This role will involve maintaining close communication with customers, monitoring their daily sales and operations, and assisting in enhancing their sales and operational capabilities.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the pre-sales, in-sales, and after-sales customer relationships for new and existing customers.
This includes developing and executing strategic plans to expand distribution channels and increase market share.
Key responsibilities include collaborating on customer-related matters, including contracts, orders, logistics, after-sales service, and marketing, as well as liaising with internal departments to ensure smooth business operations.
Additionally, the Sales Relationship Manager will oversee the monthly sales forecast, sales plan, delivery, and payment.
They will also participate in annual marketing activities.
* At least 3 years of experience in sales and key account management is required.
* Extensive knowledge of distributors, chain retailers, and dealers is essential.
* Strong retail management skills are also necessary.
* Excellent oral and written English skills are required.
* The ideal candidate will be responsible, honest, trustworthy, proactive, and have good team spirit, high execution ability, and strong stability.
* Travel may be required.
