* Assisting project managers in preparing investment committees, monitoring consumption, and alerting in case of anomalies.
* Managing the department's capacity plan, checking load plans in the Clarity tool, and correcting inconsistencies with project managers.
* Monitoring budget consumption of expenses.
* Tracking and controlling fixed-priced services, hardware, and software costs.
* Producing reports on permanent costs (CPERM) and project monitoring (MEVOL, PRJ).
* Reporting on budget consumption, project status, and progress.
* Ensuring the correct updating of project data in Clarity (timesheets) to guarantee quality indicators.
* Monitoring the department's budget and its progress for stakeholders.
