What is expected in this role:
* Management and control of accounts payable and receivable;
* Analysis and reconciliation of customers and suppliers’ accounts;
* Regular monitoring of customer and supplier ageing, ensuring compliance with defined payment terms;
* Close collaboration with the entities to ensure the gathering and availability of necessary supplementary information;
* Support in monthly and annual accounting closings.
What are we looking for (knowledge, skills and abilities):
* Degree in Management, Accounting, or related fields;
* Experience in similar roles (valued);
* Experience with PHC ERP systems (valued);
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel (mandatory);
* Fluency in English (mandatory).
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail;
* Ability to thrive both as an individual contributor and as part of a team;
* Good communication and interpersonal skills;
* Ability to work under pressure and towards a goal.
