Your Mission

* We're looking for a dynamic Product Owner with expertise in Salesforce Partner Relationship Management (PRM) to lead the design, development, and optimization of our partner-facing solutions.
* You'll serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and the technical delivery team, ensuring our Salesforce PRM platform empowers partner enablement, onboarding, and collaboration at scale.


Your Responsibilities

* Gather, define, and prioritize business requirements for partner portals, onboarding, training, lead distribution, deal registration, reporting, success planning, performance management, collateral sharing, and more.
* Work closely with Salesforce developers, architects, and UX/UI designers to ensure optimal PRM solution delivery and integration in existing enterprise application landscapes.
* Define and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with overall business and partner strategy.
* Collaborate with partner managers, marketing, and sales teams to refine requirements and user journeys.
* Configure and consult on Salesforce PRM components such as Experience Cloud, Lead & Opportunity Sharing, and Partner Onboarding Flows.
* Champion Agile/Scrum practices.


Your Qualifications

* Proven experience as a Product Owner and Functional Consultant for Salesforce PRM.
* Deep understanding of partner management processes and how to translate them into Salesforce capabilities.
* Strong grasp of Salesforce PRM features such as channel sales automation, MDF programs, partner scoring, and more.
* Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and managing Agile delivery pipelines.
* Familiarity with Salesforce declarative tools and workflows; ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
