Job Purpose and Overview:
Responsible for efficient order management, support to the commercial department, and document control, ensuring high customer satisfaction through clear communication, empathy, and timely complaint resolution.
What will you do as a Customer Service at Dawn Foods:
1. Manage and follow up on orders from receipt to delivery.
2. Provide administrative and operational support to the commercial team.
3. Keep all relevant documentation (contracts, invoices, records) up to date.
4. Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring effective resolution and follow‑up.
5. Daily use of SAP for data entry and consultation.
6. Manage cases via Salesforce.
7. Prepare and edit reports and correspondence using Excel and Word.
8. Communicate clearly and empathetically, collaborate within a team, and remain customer‑oriented.
What does it take to be a Quality Technician at Dawn Foods:
9. Minimum 3 years of experience in Customer Service or similar roles.
10. Fluency in Portuguese and English (spoken and written) – essential.
11. Spanish proficiency is a plus.
12. Proficient in SAP, Salesforce, Excel, and Word.
13. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
14. Strong empathy, teamwork ability, and customer focus.
