**Project Coordinator Role**
Hovione is an international company dedicated to helping pharmaceutical customers bring new and off-patent drugs to market. Our team members are located across Asia, Europe, and North America.
As a project coordinator, you will be responsible for delivering win-win cost-effective solutions on time and in full through focused teams. You will lead the project teams, plan, set priorities, monitor, and control projects to ensure delivery within agreed scope, budget, and timeline.
Key responsibilities:
* Manage projects in allocated areas, escalating complex issues to senior colleagues or managers.
* Proactively manage and take responsibility for the scope, cost, time, and quality of each project assigned.
* Deliver project objectives through structured approaches aligned with industry or Company best practices.
* Lead the project team to make decisions based on data and contribute to project team composition and selection.
* Communicate proactively and effectively internally and externally.
* Build and sustain motivation of project teams and positive dynamics within the project team.
**Requirements**
We are looking for candidates who have a degree in science or engineering or equivalent job experience. Project Management qualification or education is desirable. Relevant experience in operational and/or scientific areas within Hovione or the pharmaceutical industry is highly desirable.
