The Finance Process Manager will be responsible for process design, documentation, transition, and optimization within finance and GBS organizations, ensuring alignment with the group's strategic objectives and leading practices.

Our client is a large organization in the Automotive industry with a global presence. The group is preparing to implement a new Regional Shared Service Centre.
Description
1. Manage end-to-end process stream, including policies, process modeling, technology, and performance measurement.
2. Design, build, migrate, operate, and improve transactional processes within a global framework for SSC implementation.
3. Oversee solution governance, enterprise modeling, and process innovation.
4. Collaborate with process owners and stakeholders across regions to ensure global process adoption and compliance.
5. Identify opportunities for process standardization and simplification, leveraging automation and technology.
6. Support the design of the target IT landscape, including digital solutions and deployment roadmap.
7. Assess IT system risks and dependencies, and conduct due diligence.
8. Maintain a strong internal control environment for accounting processes, ensuring compliance with SOX and other standards.
9. Develop and monitor KPIs.
10. Partner with auditors to ensure regulatory compliance.
11. Track progress of workstreams, including technology design and location assessment.
12. Provide updates to Steering Committees and validation bodies.
13. Align timelines across workstreams.
Profile
1. Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance; CPA or equivalent preferred.
2. At least 5 years of experience in accounting and finance, focusing on projects, process design, and optimization in shared services.
3. Experience leading process improvement initiatives in global organizations, preferably with shared services migration.
4. Strong knowledge of SOX and internal control frameworks.
5. Experience with ERP systems, especially Microsoft Dynamics Finance modules.
6. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a results-oriented approach.
