Mobile Developer
to help us deliver exceptional experiences to over
1.5 million employees
worldwide through our innovative employee apps.
In this role, you'll:
* Design, implement, and maintain complex mobile systems using .NET MAUI
* Maintain and develop our .NET backend infrastructure
* Collaborate with design teams to translate concepts into seamless user experiences
* Work in an agile environment where your ideas shape the product roadmap
* Leverage AI tools to accelerate development and solve complex challenges

What you'll bring:
* Experience in
.NET
or proven experience in mobile application development
* Experience .NET MAUI or Xamarin expertise (is a plus)
* Strong command of
C#
programming and SQL database management
* Working knowledge of Azure cloud environments
* Demonstrated experience with Google Play Store and Apple App Store deployment processes (is valued)
* Experience building mobile apps with strong user ratings and performance metrics
* Unit testing methodologies and test-driven development practices
Nice to Have:
* REST API integration and OpenAPI specification implementation
* Experience with CI/CD workflows
