About the Role
We are seeking a Licensing Operations Specialist to support our commercial teams in closing and processing Volume Licensing (VL) deals. This is a key business operations role, providing exposure to pricing, contracts, approvals, and cross-functional collaboration. You will ensure deals are executed accurately, on time, and in line with the company policies.
As a trusted licensing advisor, you will guide sales teams in identifying the best licensing solutions for Small Business and Enterprise customers, helping drive business success.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze and prepare Volume Licensing proposals for SMB and Enterprise customers.
Manage deal pricing, discounts, and contractual terms, ensuring all necessary approvals are obtained.
Serve as an escalation point for pricing exceptions and contract adjustments.
Advise sales teams on licensing solutions, offering expert guidance.
Prepare and deliver presentations on licensing programs and pricing.
Collaborate with Inside Sales, Customer Success Managers, and Partners to define and negotiate commercial terms.
Manage key stakeholders to meet critical deadlines.
Oversee deals from negotiation through processing, invoicing, and revenue recognition.
Monitor enterprise agreement health, including recapture and cloud mix.
Ensure high-quality execution aligned with established sales operations metrics.
Required Qualifications & Experience
3–5 years in Sales Operations, Business Operations, or related roles.
Strong attention to detail and ability to navigate complex processes.
Confident negotiator, comfortable managing conflicts when necessary.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and act on data.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels, including CxO and procurement teams.
Ability to simplify complex solutions for diverse audiences.
Highly collaborative and a team player.
Strong organizational and prioritization skills in fast-paced environments.
Education & Skills
Bachelor's degree required; background in Business, Management, IT, or Commercial Sales preferred.
Experience in sales processes and partner management is a plus.
Native Portuguese speaker required.
Fluent English required; fluency in another EMEA language is an advantage.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: €2,050 gross per month + (SA): €6.50
