TP Portugal is seeking a versatile and creative Digital Marketing Expert to join our dynamic team. This role combines strong digital design capabilities with solid digital marketing experience, especially in organic social media strategy, content creation, and community engagement. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating visually compelling digital experiences and driving engagement across multiple online channels. You will be responsible for designing high-impact digital assets and developing effective organic marketing campaigns.
While you won't be managing paid campaigns directly, a comprehensive understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem is essential.
What you'll do
1. Develop, implement, and manage integrated digital marketing strategies focusing on organic growth, brand building, and engagement across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, etc.).
2. Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, emphasizing organic social media, content marketing, and email marketing.
3. Design user interfaces (UI) for web and mobile to ensure a seamless and engaging user experience (UX) aligned with marketing goals.
4. Create engaging written, visual, and video content tailored for various social media platforms and audiences to foster organic reach.
5. Analyze and report on campaign performance using platform analytics, Google Analytics, and other tools.
6. Stay updated with the latest trends, strategies, tools, and technologies in digital marketing and organic social media.
7. Manage content publishing on relevant platforms, including via Bitbucket if required.
8. Perform other duties as requested.
What you'll need
* Higher Education Degree (preferred).
* Fluency in Portuguese and English.
* Excellent visual design skills with attention to detail, aesthetics, and brand consistency.
* Experience with web analytics tools like Google Analytics.
* Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, and native platform analytics.
* Expertise in design software like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator; Animate, Acrobat beneficial), Figma, or Sketch.
