About the Role

As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strong relationships with local businesses, and creating a vibrant and collaborative community environment for our members.

1. Sales & Business Development:

* Generate new leads through proactive outreach and networking events.

* Conduct professional tours, follow-ups, and negotiations to convert prospects into members.

* Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed occupancy and revenue goals.

* Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, entrepreneurs, and real estate brokers.

Community Engagement & Member Success:

* Foster a welcoming and collaborative environment for our members.
">
* Organize networking events and business workshops to support professional growth and development.
">
* Proactively engage with members to ensure satisfaction, retention, and referrals.

Marketing & Brand Awareness:

* Develop creative marketing promotions in collaboration with our team.
">
* Leverage social media and digital marketing to increase visibility and brand awareness.
">
* Establish and maintain relationships with commercial real estate brokers.
">
">

Operational Excellence:

* Ensure seamless onboarding for new members and maintain accurate sales documentation.
">
* Monitor occupancy rates and implement strategies to maximize space utilization.
">
* Provide outstanding customer service to members, prospects, and visitors.

You Will Thrive in This Role If:

* You have strong sales and leadership skills, with a natural ability to build relationships and drive revenue growth.

* You are a proactive, results-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

* You have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in English and Portuguese.

* You have experience in sales, coworking, hospitality, real estate, or property management.

* You are familiar with CRM systems, such as HubSpot (preferred but not required).
