We are seeking a highly motivated Biocatalysis Operator to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining biocatalysis equipment in our pilot plant.
Key Responsibilities:
* Operate and maintain biocatalysis equipment to ensure optimal performance and productivity
* Monitor and control biocatalytic processes to ensure quality and efficiency
* Collect and record data from experiments and production runs
* Collaborate with research and development teams to drive innovation and improvement
Requirements:
* Technical diploma or equivalent experience in biocatalysis or a related field
* Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
* Strong communication and teamwork skills with a collaborative approach
