The objective of this role is to oversee the daily operations of our Food and Beverage department. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless functioning and exceptional service delivery in all F&B outlets.
Key responsibilities include:
Operational Excellence
* Develop and implement effective operational strategies to maximize efficiency, quality, and profitability.
* Monitor daily operations to ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
* Conduct regular inspections to assess cleanliness and service quality.
Leadership and Team Management
* Recruit, train, and supervise a high-performing team of F&B staff.
* Set performance expectations and provide regular feedback.
* Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and exceptional customer service.
Culinary Expertise
* Collaborate with the culinary team to develop menus catering to customer preferences and seasonal trends.
* Oversee food and beverage costing, pricing, and profitability analysis.
Guest Experience
* Foster a guest-centric culture throughout the F&B department.
* Handle guest complaints and inquiries promptly and professionally.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and organizational skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a solid understanding of financial management principles.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
* Proven experience as an F&B Operations Manager or in a similar role.
