Position: Endpoint Monitoring EngineerLocation: Moscavide, Portugal (2 Days onsite a week) Duration: Freelance/ Permanent Key ResponsibilitiesAdminister and operate the Nexthink Infinity platform (dashboards, metrics, configurations).
Create dashboards, reports, and monitoring capabilities for business entities.Use and manage APIs for data extraction and automation.Develop and maintain PowerShell and Bash scripts, deployed organization-wide through GitHub pipelines.Work within Agile sprints (Jira) and contribute to continuous improvement of monitoring services.Support entities across L1–L3 for endpoint monitoring use cases and troubleshooting.Ensure accuracy, quality, and security of scripts deployed at scale.Required Skills & ExperienceStrong experience with Intune, Azure AD, endpoint management, and Windows ***** engineering (mandatory).
Proven experience in platform administration (Nexthink preferred; other monitoring tools acceptable).
Advanced scripting expertise in PowerShell and Bash, with strict adherence to quality standards due to mass deployment.Experience working with APIs, data handling, and structured development processes (GitHub reviews).
Knowledge of NQL (Nexthink Query Language) or willingness to learn.Familiarity with support models (L1–L3).
Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and structured work approach.Fluent English, comfortable working in an international, multi-entity environment.
