A DREAMMEDIA is the largest multi-platform outdoor advertising operator in Portugal, recognized as a great place to work by Great Place to Work for six consecutive years. We are growing and recruiting in Vila Nova de Gaia for a Director Comercial e de Sales Marketing (M/F) .
Responsibilities
* Lead the Commercial and Sales Marketing departments at national level, overseeing the annual plan implementation and operations.
* Know and analyze the market to create detailed business plans identifying sales opportunities.
* Support and assist in drafting customized proposals that add value to current or future clients.
* Drive cross-selling to create a higher-value client offering.
* Monitor sales activities performance by creating KPIs and other performance metrics.
* Provide strategic support to management in line with market trends and conditions to promote and grow the business.
* Define and implement the Sales Marketing strategy aligned with commercial and growth objectives.
* Plan and coordinate multichannel marketing campaigns to maximize impact across target audiences.
* Manage the brand's digital and institutional presence, reinforcing awareness and market positioning.
* Coordinate market studies, competitive analysis and consumer trends to anticipate needs and identify opportunities.
* Ensure integration between sales and marketing teams to increase the effectiveness of commercial actions.
Qualifications
We are looking for professionals who are passionate about sales and marketing, dynamic and proactive, with a focus on process improvement and innovation. Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills. Resilient, business-savvy, and solution-oriented.
University degree in Marketing, Management or similar, with a proven minimum of 5 years in Commercial and/or Marketing leadership roles, preferably in media or retail sectors.
