You will operate at the intersection of marketing, technology, and customer experience, making a direct impact on advertiser success.Key ResponsibilitiesTake an active role from day one in identifying initiatives to enhance service quality and improve overall advertiser experienceHandle and resolve end‐to‐end product troubleshooting and customer support cases via email and chat channelsManage case volumes effectively while maintaining high service standardsOwn and drive query resolution by collaborating with internal Product Operations and Engineering teamsResolve technical, product‐related, and generic platform inquiriesDrive Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) by ensuring service excellence throughout the entire case journeyProvide clear and proactive updates at all customer touchpointsEnsure strict adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and achieve best‐in‐class productivityPartner with internal technical specialists to educate advertisers on product features and common issue typesYour Profile We are looking for professionals with strong digital marketing knowledge and a customer‐first mindset.Mandatory RequirementsFrench C1 (mandatory)Degree in Marketing or a related fieldHands‐on experience in Digital MarketingPrevious experience in a Contact Centre or Service Program within an Advertising Tech environmentStrong familiarity with social media platforms and a solid understanding of digital advertising fundamentalsStrong customer service orientation and problem‐solving skillsAbility to work both independently and as part of a teamWorking Schedule Initial Schedule (first phase): Monday to Sunday | 07:00 – 19:00Rotational shifts:07:00 – 16:0010:00 – 19:00 2 rotational days offFuture Schedule (TBC by client): 24/7 rotational shifts, Monday to SundayCompensation Complexity Bonus:€120.00 gross/month (paid over 11 months)Meal Allowance: €7.63 net per working dayWhy Join?
