Director of E-commerce Operations

You will lead and oversee all aspects of e-commerce operations to ensure the best shopping experience for customers and drive sales growth.
About the Role
As Director of E-commerce Operations, you will be responsible for strategizing, planning, and leading a team to implement cutting-edge e-commerce solutions while keeping the website updated to reflect current trends and outperform competitors.
* Lead and supervise all areas of e-commerce, including data analysis, strategy, CRO, Paid Media, SEO, UX, Customer Service, product, and merchandising.
* Develop and execute strategies to improve site conversion, drive sales, and increase profitability.
* Provide thought leadership, innovation, and process optimization initiatives.
Paid Media & Analytics
Manage paid media strategies (PPC, Paid Social, Re-Marketing, CRM, Affiliate) to maximize ROI and drive traffic.
Use advanced analytics to measure campaign performance, optimize budgets, and identify growth opportunities.
Continuously analyze customer behavior and data to refine strategies.
Website Management & Optimization
Ensure the website is always up to date, including navigation, UX, product management, and overall functionality.
Monitor competitors and e-commerce trends to implement innovative features.
Oversee SEO strategy to drive organic growth and ensure quality control.
Lead the digital marketing strategy, including email marketing, CRM, and social integrations.
Work cross-functionally to execute campaigns and resolve last-minute challenges.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have:
* 4+ years of relevant experience in e-commerce or digital marketing roles.
* Strong expertise in paid media platforms and analytics, with proven success in ROI optimization.
* Advanced knowledge of e-commerce technologies, preferably with Shopify experience.
* Experience in UX, CRO, SEO, Email Marketing, and Customer Service is highly valued.
* Fluent in English (indispensable for working with international teams).
