The company specialises in real estate investment and asset management and offers services to its clients throughout the entire value chain, including prospecting, negotiation, acquisition, disposal and management of real estate assets, as well as its corporate vehicles.

Management control & reporting
- Elaborate management monthly finance reportings of the companies under management;
- Analyze and explain deviations between the monthly closing and the Budget and previous years accounts;
- Participate in the elaboration of the management Business Plan (5 years) of all companies;
- Participate in the elaboration of investment plans for the acquisitions in course;
- Develop, implement, and maintain financial controls and guidelines;
- Give suggestions of improvement in processes;
- Control deadlines for closing;
- IT driven, lead automation processes for reporting tools.
Perfil ideal
The successful applicant must have:
- 1 to 5 years of experience in similar tasks;
- Capacity in analyzing and understanding the accounting procedures and accounts;
- IT driven;
- Compliant with deadlines;
- Robust knowledge of Excel and Powerpoint;
- Very rigorous;
- Super nice;
- Good English proficiency (mandatory).
