UI/UX Designer (m/w/d)
Your Future Responsibilities
As a UI/UX Designer (m/f/d), you will shape both the user interface and the user experience of digital transformation projects—from concept to go-live.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
Acting as a central interface between users, clients, project management, and developers, guiding a user-centered design process in agile environments
Conducting UX research methods such as stakeholder interviews, user journeys, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations
Creating wireframes, interactive prototypes, mockups, and user interface concepts based on user needs and project goals
Designing intuitive, accessible, and aesthetically appealing graphical user interfaces for web and mobile platforms
Collaborating closely with developers to ensure design feasibility and a smooth implementation of your designs
Contributing to accessibility standards (WCAG) to ensure inclusive design for all users
Supporting workshops and design sprints to gather feedback and iterate collaboratively
Helping shape digital public services that are understandable, user-friendly, and effective—making a real impact on society
Your Profile
You have at least 2 years of hands-on professional experience in UI/UX design or frontend development
You have proven experience in crafting user interfaces for B2B applications and/or Enterprise Solutions Software.
You have a strong understanding of ensuring intuitive and efficient experiences for professional users in complex business environments.
You hold a degree in Computer Science, Design, Communication, Human-Computer Interaction, or a comparable field
You are highly skilled in Figma (alternatively Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar tools) for wireframing and prototyping
You have a good understanding of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles
You are familiar with mobile app design guidelines (iOS Human Interface Guidelines, Android Material Design)
Ideally, you have experience with accessibility (a11y) standards and inclusive design principles
You've worked with Agile and Scrum teams and are familiar with iterative design cycles
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to justify design decisions to stakeholders and cross-functional teams
You're a team player with a proactive mindset and a passion for user-centric design
Experience in requirement engineering is a plus
Willingness to travel nationally and internationally as needed
Excellent English language skills (written and spoken)
