Job Title: Growth Campaign Strategist
As a Growth Campaign Strategist, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of targeted marketing campaigns to drive business growth. This includes identifying key opportunities, developing targeting matrices, and building high-quality prospect lists.
The role also involves crafting compelling cold email copy and messaging, including subject lines, openers, CTAs, and bumps. Additionally, you will design multi-touch sequences with proper cadence and volume safeguards to maximize deliverability and engagement.
Deliverability and infrastructure are critical components of this role, requiring configuration and management of sending domains, DNS, mailboxes, and warmups to maintain a green deliverability status.
Experimentation and optimization involve running structured A/B/n tests across subject lines, hooks, CTAs, and timing to continually improve campaign performance. Client communication includes providing weekly performance reports and surfacing objection/reply trends and market insights.
To succeed in this role, you will require 2–5+ years of experience running outbound/cold email campaigns or B2B growth operations, as well as experience scaling campaigns to 10k-100k emails/month.
