- Support: Provide first-level support to local users of accounting system, via a ticketing system. Escalate issues with detailed analysis if resolution isn't possible at your level.
- Communication & Monitoring: Ensure data integrity by informing users about ongoing projects and data quality topics.
- Training: Make sure local users have the necessary skills to use the tool effectively and keep their knowledge up to date.
- Alerting: Notify the EONE team of any issues or special needs that could affect data accuracy or quality.
- Accounting Quality & User Satisfaction: Implement action plans to improve accounting quality in coordination with your process lead. Engage with unsatisfied countries to define improvement strategies.
- Ad Hoc Tasks: Take on side missions or participate in Center of Excellence (COE) projects. Also responsible for developing your technical skills related to the assigned processes.
Perfil ideal
- Minimum 2 years of accounting experience;
- Experience in ERP support or implementation of a new ERP is a strong plus;
- Comfortable in English (B1+), both written and spoken;
- Curiosity for data tools, automation, and process improvement;
- Critical mindset and problem-solving attitude;
- Team player with good communication and a sense of collective responsibility;
- Strong planning and organizational skills;
- Available to work in Parque das Nações.
