We are looking for an Amazing: PMO
Seniority: Senior
Type of position: Hybrid
The amazing you will have:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree or certifications like PMP, PRINCE2, or PMO-CP are a plus).
* 5 years of experience in a PMO, project coordinator, or project management support role.
* Solid understanding of project lifecycle and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
* Fluent in English (C1) and Portuguese.
* Proficient with project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, Smartsheet, Asana, or Confluence.
* Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
* Experience in stakeholder engagement and cross-functional team collaboration.
Preferred Skills:
* Familiarity with portfolio management tools and reporting frameworks (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
* Experience working in a global or multi-site organization.
* Knowledge of IT governance or regulatory frameworks (e.g., ISO, DORA, GDPR) is a plus.
