Job Title: Category Manager
Burger King Iberia is seeking an experienced and dynamic Category Manager to drive strategy and planning for our restaurants and digital channels.
This role involves collaborating with various departments and agencies to ensure consistent implementation and achieve business objectives.
We are looking for a candidate with 5 to 10 years' experience within QSR, FMCG or services, who can lead the development and execution of category strategies, focused on generating traffic and consumption occasions, brand building and customer satisfaction.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for categories, aligning with business objectives.
- Build a yearly calendar and participate in Portugal Brand plan.
- Design and execute campaigns and product launches that enhance customer experience, in coordination with internal teams and agencies.
- Monitor results of initiatives to ensure business objectives are met.
- Manage budgets and control expenses.
- Act as primary point of contact for operational teams regarding brand and product activations.
- Collaborate with departments and agencies to implement marketing initiatives and projects.
- Conduct thorough analysis of market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activities.
Requirements:
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience as Category Manager or similar role.
- 5 to 10 years' experience in multinational environments within FMCG, QSR, or Services.
- Digital capabilities.
- Strategic vision.
- Strong analytical, comms and managerial skills.
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
- High level of rigor and attention to detail.
