Role Overview:
As a customer delivery assistant, you will play a crucial role in coordinating delivery tasks, optimizing service performance, and promoting the best customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Customs Declaration Management: Handle local customs declarations efficiently.
* Cargo Release: Perform cargo release tasks, including on-carriage and empty return coordination.
* Pre-Invoicing Controls & Invoicing: Ensure accurate pre-invoicing checks and manage invoicing processes.
* Notice of Arrival (NOA): Prepare and send notices of arrival to customers.
* Idle Situations & Escalations: Monitor and follow up on idle situations, escalating issues when necessary.
* Product & Service Promotion: Participate in promoting relevant products or services to customers.
* System Modifications: Manage and coordinate system changes with the involved teams.
* Customer Service Support: Provide guidelines and support to the customer service team on processes, disputes, and customer profiles.
Required Skills:
