At Decskill, we're looking for a seasoned Program Manager to lead the delivery of large-scale internal initiatives. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for planning, executing, and evaluating programs that drive growth, capability-building, and engagement across our product and engineering organization.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute comprehensive training programs, including learning events, workshops, and hackathons, that support employee growth and development.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver engaging learning experiences that meet the needs of our employees.
* Partner with external vendors and platforms to source training content, manage logistics, and ensure seamless delivery.
* Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure program success, aligning with business objectives and strategic goals.
* Monitor and communicate program metrics, progress, and outcomes to leadership, ensuring transparency and accountability.
* Drive continuous improvement by analyzing feedback, engagement data, and program evaluations to inform future initiatives.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to remain competitive and innovative in your approach.
Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience in program management, event management, L&D coordination, or similar roles involving large-scale internal initiatives.
* Proven track record of delivering successful training programs, events, and initiatives for technical audiences.
* Exceptional organizational skills, strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
* Ability to coordinate effectively across functions, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and navigate ambiguity with ease.
* High energy, enthusiasm, and passion for learning, community-building, and creativity.
* Experience with tools like Confluence and learning tools such as Articulate (preferred but not mandatory).
* Fluency in English is required.
