International Sales Operations Senior Export (English Spanish) Location:

Were looking for an International Sales Operations Senior Associate fluent in English and Spanish to lead export order management and logistics coordination. Your Role Manage and respond to order-related inquiries from customers and sales teams Coordinate shipments with distribution centers and freight forwarders Resolve complex delivery issues and monitor shipment status Support inventory allocation and backorder prioritization Generate reports on open orders and revenue Process custom, warranty, return, and correction orders Maintain shipment logs and escalate carrier issues when needed Lead daily operations, onboarding, and system housekeeping Manage team absences and holiday planning to ensure business continuity Identify training needs and drive process improvements Provide technical guidance and support to the local Export Sales Ops team What You Bring 4 years of experience in customer service, logistics, or sales operations Fluency in English and Spanish (C2/native level) Availability to work Monday to Friday, from 12:
00 PM to 8:
