Mid-Level Designer Position
We are seeking a talented professional to support our design function during the maternity leave period of our Head of Design.
This role ensures continuity of core marketing and web design tasks, maintains brand quality, and helps deliver ongoing campaigns and website-related initiatives.
* Create high-quality marketing visuals across channels (paid campaigns, web, email, social, events).
* Ensure consistency with brand guidelines.
* Produce assets for product marketing, demand generation, and sales enablement.
* Prepare clear, web-ready designs for development.
* Work closely with the freelance front-end developer to support page-building and implementation accuracy.
* Conduct basic checks of HubSpot page builds to ensure visual consistency and report issues when needed.
* Contribute to tasks related to the ongoing website redesign project.
* Coordinate frequently with other Mid-Level designers to balance daily workloads and ensure smooth delivery.
* Provide peer-level feedback and collaborate on shared tasks to maintain quality and consistency.
* Communicate progress, blockers, and needs directly to stakeholders for alignment and prioritization.
* Work collaboratively with Digital Marketing, Content, Events, and Product Marketing to support campaign asset needs.
* Ensure deliverables align with marketing goals such as performance optimization, trial acquisition, and website improvements.
* Produce simple video edits (cutdowns, subtitles, light adjustments).
* Motion design skills and tools are a plus.
* Prepare briefs and assets for a freelance motion designer when advanced animation is required.
* Support review cycles and ensure timely delivery of motion assets.
* Use and update the marketing design system in Figma under guidance from existing system rules.
* Apply reusable components, templates, and best practices to maintain consistency.
* Produce and update templates for team use.
* Maintain task organization in ClickUp: update statuses, deadlines, and priorities to ensure clarity and visibility.
* Manage incoming requests.
* Track deadlines.
* Coordinate cross-team dependencies.
* Allocate tasks between design and development.
