Cloud DevOps Specialist Role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing the reliability, scalability, and security of microservices within our healthcare cloud platform. This role involves designing, implementing, and managing robust solutions.
* Main Responsibilities:
* Lead the development of best practices for Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE);
* Monitor system performance, anticipate potential issues, and implement effective solutions;
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of goals and efficient workflows;
* Create comprehensive documentation, including deployment diagrams, network diagrams, and component views;
* Implement SRE best practices, such as monitoring, alerting, incident response, and capacity planning;
* Work closely with development teams to integrate the latest technology advancements, ensuring scalability and agility;
* Navigate complex corporate environments, aligning technical operations with broader business objectives.
* Fundamental Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years of experience in DevOps;
* At least 2 years of experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP);
* 1+ year of experience in a DevOps Lead role;
* Expertise in Terraform;
* Proficiency in GCP, with demonstrated expertise in cloud infrastructure and services;
* Advanced knowledge of Kubernetes, including cluster management and security policies;
* Familiarity with microservices architecture in a cloud-native environment;
* Solid understanding of network architecture and security protocols;
* Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills;
* Experience collaborating effectively across organizational boundaries, building relationships, and driving executional impact;
* Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and organizational skills;
* Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
* Desirable Qualifications:
* Understanding of HIPAA Compliance;
* Experience with Google Cloud's Operations Suite;
* Knowledge of Go, Python, PHP programming languages.
