We are looking for a Functional Analyst focused on understanding business needs and supporting the implementation and maintenance of a new ERP system.
The role will have a cross-functional impact on several areas, including Finance, Procurement, B2B Sales, Projects, and HR, ensuring continuous improvements in processes and user support.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Management, or similar field;
2 to 4 years of practical experience with ERP systems (Primavera, Dynamics, Sage, Oracle, SAP, Workday, or similar);
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
Ability to translate business needs into functional specifications;
Experience in conducting workshops, interviews, and documenting use cases;
Knowledge of system configuration and functional testing;
Excellent communication and stakeholder relationship skills;
Experience in multidisciplinary teams and international environments;
Fluency in Portuguese and English.
Responsibilities:
Support ERP implementation;
Participate in system configuration, functional testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT);
Document system updates and prepare configuration changes;
Validate system performance and operation;
Interact with the business;
Support key users during implementation and maintenance phase;
Gather requirements and translate them into ERP functionalities;
Provide first-line support and escalate more complex incidents;
Maintain up-to-date process documentation and configuration records;
Ensure compliance with internal governance and compliance standards.
